Nøgne Ø Imperial Brown Ale receives international recognition!

We are happy to announce that our Imperial Brown Ale was awarded a Gold medal in the Australian International Beer Awards 2011.  We have been proud of this beer for years and at this time it seems like the world has recognized it’s quality.  This rich, strong and malty ale is our favorite with aged firm cheeses or blue cheese. Nøgne Ø is honored to receive this award!

In the same competition, Nøgne Ø Pale Ale took a silver, and Imperial Stout, Wit and Two Captains Double IPA all received bronze medals.
The Australian International Beer Awards is the world's second largest beer competition.
