In front of you is our enthusiastic “brew crew” for the day; Rikard (on the left) is from Sweden and is our brewing intern for the time being, who loves playing with rye beers. Alex, (in the middle) a home-brewer based out of Portland, Oregon is joining us for some bottling “fun” along with Ginger, a beer enthusiast, originally from Hawaii by way of Aku Aku Tiki Bar in Oslo.
Ginger before she left: I could have three Tiger Tripels after a day like this. Alex went of with his bag full of malt and hops. We looking forward to see what he makes out of that.
