Last week it was 10 years since we officially started Nøgne Ø. A small celebration we thought was appropriate. With the Norwegian speciality "smalahove" (smoked sheep´s head) and "bløtekake" (soak cake), we had a great time. At the same time, we were lucky to have a visit from the Terrapin brewery (US) to guest brew their famous Imperial Rye Porter!
