Our old Meheen filler

Our semi-retired Meheen filler came back to life yesterday as we bottled some infected beers. 
Not without challenges, as these photos convey.

    Any beer which comes out of a wooden cask is infected in our world.
    Some bacterias and wild yeast can bring good things to a beer.
