Last year we were approached by Blaz Boznar, who offered us hops from his father's farm in Slovenia. After we tested out his Aurora and Bobek hops we decided to order some. Blaz had the hops pelletized for us, and last month it arrived.
We have now introduced these hops in our Blonde with great success. Our Blonde now has subtle spicy aromas which we are very proud of. The first batch of Blonde to have this improvement is #754.
